* transform cold leads into prospects, guiding them through the purchasing process and building long-term partnerships.
* respond to customer requests promptly and professionally, working closely with internal teams to ensure complete satisfaction.
* take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, developing strategies to increase engagement and drive new business.
* keep up-to-date on weekly/monthly promotions and share these valuable opportunities with your clients.
qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a demonstrated track record of success.
* excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
* tech-savvy, experience working with hubspot and netsuite.
* strong phone presence and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
* a self-starter attitude with the motivation to exceed expectations.
