Roles & responsibilities oversee and lead a collection of paid media accounts. Serve as direct support to client contacts. Maintain weekly communication with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment. Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network. Build quarterly strategies for clients. Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media across multiple channels. Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions. Confirm lead routing accuracy within crm. Understand the value of programmatic campaigns. Maintain personal productivity and utilization. Work directly with associate director to ensure internal and client goals are met. Execute and optimize ppc campaigns across google ads, facebook ads, linkedin ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize roi. What you offer 3 years’ experience at a performance/digital marketing agency. Experience working with b2b saas/tech clients in an agency setting. Deep expertise in paid search and paid social (google ads, facebook, linkedin). Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (google ads, facebook business manager, linkedin campaign manager). Strong understanding of ppc principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization. Analytical skills to evaluate performance data using google analytics, ga4, excel, or other platforms. Ability to drive results and measure via oct. Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts. Strong storytelling ability with data. Organizational, prioritization, multi‑project management skills. Quality‑obsessed advertising focus. Willingness to travel to clients approximately once per year as needed. What success looks like encompass core values in all interactions. Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.
