required qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, engineering, or related field.
* 12-15 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable leadership roles.
* proven track record of managing billing functions for large organizations.
* comprehensive understanding of latam billing regulations and compliance frameworks.
* expertise in billing metrics, audits, and process optimization.
