*key responsibilities*
- develop and execute high-quality designs for marketing materials, social media, presentations, website content, and advertisements.
- collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand visuals across all platforms.
- maintain brand consistency while also exploring innovative and creative design approaches.
- design engaging motion graphics, infographics, and multimedia assets.
- stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the firm's visual presence.
- manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- work with external vendors and printers to ensure the highest quality of printed materials.
- assist in developing templates, style guides, and branding assets for both internal and external use.
*requirements*:
- *100% bilingual (english and spanish) - required*:
- *minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design*:
- *degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or marketing*:
- excellent design skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- proficiency in adobe illustrator and photoshop
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with great energy and collaboration skills
- experience in motion graphics is preferred but not required
