key responsibilities
· full-funnel ownership: plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across social, search, youtube/ctv, and email/sms to drive new-patient appointments and brand awareness.
· a/b testing: design and execute experiments on social platforms (copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages); analyze results and implement winners to improve ctr, cvr, roas, and booking rate.
· creative orchestration: brief, coordinate, and qa deliverables with our video editors and content creator ensure on-brand assets, clear ctas, and timely launches.
· performance analytics: build weekly performance snapshots and monthly deep-dives; track cac, cpl, roas, ltv signals, and treatment-acceptance funnel metrics.
· channel expansion: learn and deploy digital tv/ctv campaigns; test new ad formats and placements with a structured ramp-up plan.
· brand & content: maintain a consistent brand voice; manage content calendars; repurpose high-performing assets across channels.
· landing pages & cro: partner on landing page wireframes, utms, and tracking; run experiments to reduce friction and increase bookings.
· local seo & reputation: support gmb optimization, reviews, and location pages to improve local discoverability and trust.
qualifications
· 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management (social + one of: search/youtube/email). Dental/healthcare experience is a plus.
· a/b testing expertise on social platforms and comfort with experiment design, tracking, and analysis.
· adaptability: fast learner who can pick up new ad tech and digital tv/ctv buying/tracking.
· proficiency with some of: meta ads, google ads/youtube, tiktok ads, ga4, tag manager, crms, marketing, prospecting and lead generation tools, project management tools (trello/asana).
· strong copy sense, brief writing, and stakeholder communication; can translate metrics into clear next steps.
· organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning outcomes in a remote setting.
