About the Role
The HR Business Partner Manager is responsible for partnering with business leaders across GCC Mexico to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and employee engagement in alignment with business priorities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, balancing strategic HR partnership with strong operational execution across key people processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective people strategiesProvide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and team effectivenessCoach managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership behaviors, and development conversationsLead and support core HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, engagement actions, and performance cyclesUse people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend practical actionsDrive employee engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and align with company valuesPartner with Centers of Excellence and HR teams to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, learning, compensation, and employee relationsSupport change management efforts related to business transformation, team changes, and new ways of workingEnsure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirementsBuild strong relationships across the business to influence decision-making and support leaders in achieving business resultsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldSolid experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, or related HR leadership rolesExperience partnering with managers and senior leaders on people-related topicsStrong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business prioritiesExperience handling employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges with sound judgmentStrong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsAbility to work with people metrics, organizational insights, and HR data to support decision-makingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications
Experience supporting shared services, GBS, corporate, or GCC environmentsExperience in matrixed and fast-paced organizationsExposure to organizational development, change management, and talent planningAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionExperience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across different geographiesCore Success Measures
