You’ll be the central hub between creative, brand, and growth teams, ensuring everything moves from idea to execution seamlessly, on time and on budget.Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.- Create timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution.- Partner with brand, creative, and growth teams to align priorities and resources.- Track deliverables and dependencies, escalating blockers before they become issues.- Own project documentation (briefs, schedules, updates) to keep everyone aligned.- Lead post-mortems to extract learnings and improve processes.Requirements- 3–5 years of project management experience in a similar vertical (ideally with a marketing or creative team).- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar).- Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and cross-functional.- Proactive, solutions-first mindset.Nice-to-Have:- Experience with CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
