customer service representative, you will be the primary contact for external customers, internal customers, and sales personnel.
the customer service representative will have a direct impact on our sales, supply chain and quality groups, responsible for:
provides inside support to external sales team
handles credit and collections communication with customer as required with support of channel credit analyst
perform other duties/projects as assigned
bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
experience in sap is preferred
proficient in english.
minimum of 3 – 5 years customer service experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
