qualifications :
* bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering (accredited university).
* five to eight years' experience as manufacturing/process engineer in automotive, medical, electric, electronics, or aerospace sectors; cross-functional project leadership.
* six sigma green belt or black belt or equivalent quality certification preferred.
* good problem-solving, data-driven, and analytical skills; knowledgeable in safety, 5s and lean practices.
