**Requirements**:
Experience Required
- University education (BS/BA Level) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of information Technology or business experience
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principals
and sales finance forecasting.
For years of Experience, provide detail such as:
- 3+ years experience in development
- 3+ years experience in TM1 support
Mandatory tech skills
- Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution Functional Knowledge of FP&A;
(Financial Planning and Analysis)
- Strong development background with minimum 5 years’ experience
Soft skills
- Data flow and integration as a critical component
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused
- Ability to drive complex business discussion to design the best solution.
- Knowledge of FMCG and FP&A; related data objects
- Ability to search for new solutions to meet challenges together with the team.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to leverage relationships to understand, document and communicate processes
and change implications
- Achieved Ability to handle complexity and to execute with excellence under pressure.
