Operations director
ivf usa is seeking an experienced operations director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mexico city clinic. This is a full-time, on-site role.
responsibilities:
* manage the overall operational performance of the clinic, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities
* develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency
* lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
* collaborate with senior leadership to establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders
* foster a culture of excellence, quality, and patient satisfaction
requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a related field
* proven track record of managing operations, leading teams, and achieving business objectives
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
* bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; master's degree preferred
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
* fluent in english and spanish
* experience with assisted reproductive technology or the ivf industry is a strong plus
