In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, ensuring high-impact lead management and seamless multi-channel targeting. Key responsibilities: platform configuration: set up and manage eloqua defaults, including email templates, landing pages, and subscription management. Campaign orchestration: build, test, and launch end-to-end automated marketing campaigns and complex program workflows (email, sms, web, display). Data strategy & segmentation: develop target audience segments, manage contact data hygiene, and oversee secure data imports/exports. Analysis & insights: create and distribute standard and custom reports to analyze campaign performance and roi (e.g., click-through rates, conversions). System administration: manage user accounts, security settings, and permissions within the platform. Strategic optimization: provide expert recommendations on eloqua adoption, best practices for email deliverability, and ip warming strategies. Technical documentation: author functional specification documents (fsd) and standard operating procedures (sop) for marketing processes. What we're looking for: technical expertise: proven experience as a functional analyst specifically within the oracle eloqua platform. B2b marketing savvy: deep understanding of lead management, campaign lifecycle, and multi-channel orchestration.
