role description
this is a full-time, on-site role located in nuevo vallarta for a customer service specialist. The customer service specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as supporting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions. This role requires engaging with customers through various communication channels, including phone and in-person, to provide exceptional service and improve customer experience.
