responsible for managing export documentation process in compliance with all company procedures.
*responsibilities*
- handling all shipping instructions in company's system and reverting to customers within the predefined sla.
- handling all corrections and cancellations in documentation level.
- preparing final bills of lading correctly, according to the instructions received and according to the general company and local country rules and requirements.
- freighting the bills of lading and preparing the manifest, closing the vessels in time.
- resolving problems professionally
*requirements*:
- located in mexico city
- college diploma or above.
- previous customer service or export documentation experience required.
- experience working in carrier or forwarder, or logistics industry is preferred.
- accurate and able to produce quality work in a timely manner.
- ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- high quality written and verbal communication skills.
