education: electrical, mechanical, or materials engineering or other related fields.
experience at least 10 years of relevant work experience or 5 years of work experience in the same position.
+5 years of experience in plastic compounding industry.
+5 years of experience with strategic planning, business development and project management.
advanced english non negotiable.
*responsibilities*:
- formulate and organize the implementation of the company's overall operation and management plan, and be responsible for completing the responsibility objectives and annual plans.
- responsible for formulating, implementing and improving the company's management rules, systems and operating procedures.
- plan, guide, coordinate, control and motivate the business development of various functional departments, supervise and inspect the effective performance of the heads of various departments, and carry out evaluation and assessment management to improve work efficiency.
- fully control the operation and service status of various departments and project departments, reasonably allocate human, material and financial resources, fully complete the task indicators and work plans, and continuously improve the level of operation and management, service management and economic benefits.
- responsible for formulating the department's internal assessment standards and reward and punishment measures.
- responsible for receiving relevant customers and responding to relevant audits.
