- the position
- the quality assurance auditor and researcher, will audit the sales/service teams' performance, performing operational audits based on company demand, review and audit growth opportunities for validity and accuracy along with claim and work quality assurance issues. As a quality assurance auditor and researcher, you will have a broad-based knowledge of all products and services that porch moving group offers.
- what you do- audit/monitor the sales/service team communications (both external and internal)- resolve and perform all a&r issues, tasks and responsibilities- review and audit sales and service growth opportunities for validity and accuracy- complete operational audits based on company demand- any other additional quality assurance tasks assigned by management.
