Logistics sales analyst overview: the logistics sales analyst plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in contract logistics (warehousing, distribution, and value-added services). This role supports the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal preparation, ensuring a strong pipeline aligned with the company's strategy. Key responsibilities research and identify potential customers in target industries (e.g., automotive, home appliances, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, etc.). Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients. Support the preparation of customized proposals, quotations, and presentations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cost models and tailored solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in the crm system. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Support marketing activities such as trade shows, client visits, and promotional campaigns. Follow up on new business opportunities and coordinate client meetings to convert leads into active customers. Requirements bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, international trade, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within logistics or supply chain, or experience in engineering, warehouse operations, or customer service within the logistics industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills (english preferred). Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable working with data and pricing models. Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred skills understanding of incoterms, 3pl/4pl concepts, and contract logistics processes. Experience in transportation and freight forwarding. Intermediate to advanced english level. On-site work in querétaro, mexico.
