responsibilities:
* develop administrative management systems and processes applicable to mexican companies
* implement human resource planning in mexico, including talent recruitment, staff performance appraisal and improvement, talent training and development, staff structure, salary and bonus planning etc.
* provide professional advice on local administrative and human resources management to top managers in mexico
* create and implement a corporate culture in our new mexican branch, promoting cultural integration and improving employee satisfaction
* assist in communicating with local public affairs departments in mexico and maintaining external relations of the company
* support other work related to mexico business development
requirements:
we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a bachelor's degree or above in human resources, administration or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and hr management, including more than 2 years of experience in mexican administrative and hr management, is required.
