key tasks:
* project leadership - manage full lifecycle of sf implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
* solution architecture - design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
* stakeholder engagement - serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
