About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to our global workforce, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR operations processes that meet local regulatory requirements and group standards.
- Manage cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits, and supplier management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, ongoing employment, and departure processes.
- Analyze and improve existing HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR system data, providing regular reporting and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
