* responsible for the achievement of the organization's continuous improvement goals
* develops, updates and disseminates the continuous improvement process instructions
* implement through training the processes of continuous improvement
* demonstrate commitment, leadership and support to those in charge of contributing to the effectiveness of the quality system
* lead the organization's continuous improvement events
* participation in plant kpis boards
* generation of reports to help improve kpis
* report to management on the monthly achievement of departmental goals
* line balancing with the manufacturing engineer
* plant layout manager
* asset management manager
* achieve the quality objectives of the position and the company's strategic goals
* maintain company tools and equipment in good condition, clean and safe for work
* perform work with quality, meeting the required standards
* follow up on corrective actions of the quality system as appropriate
* fulfill relevant roles as assigned by management (e.g., brigades, audits)
