this role entails overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

* develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel's luxury positioning, dining outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.
* maintain and strengthen the hotel's brand identity across all channels (website, social media, print, etc.).
* monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
key qualifications and skills
* qualifications & skills:
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts or tourism.
* strong expertise in digital marketing (seo, sem, social media, email automation tools).
* proficiency in analytics tools (google analytics, meta business suite, crm systems).
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* creative thinker with strong project management and leadership abilities.
* knowledge of the cancún/riviera maya market and key travel industry trends.
