position: real estate transaction coordinator (remote)
type: contract / project-based (opportunity to grow into expanded role)
about the role
we’re looking for a sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented transaction coordinator to join our real estate operation. This is a high-accountability, high-autonomy role. You’ll be responsible for managing the contract-to-close process and ensuring deals move smoothly across all parties.
we don’t micromanage. You’ll be expected to take ownership, move fast, and communicate clearly.
compensation:
this is a per-transaction role with competitive pay based on experience and performance. Compensation typically ranges from $150–$200 usd per transaction, with opportunities for increased responsibility and pay over time.
key responsibilities
* manage all administrative tasks from contract execution through closing
* open file with title company and maintain regular communication
* coordinate with clients, agents, title, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers
* track deadlines and ensure contract compliance
* obtain and organize all necessary signatures and documents
* prepare and manage mls listing input if needed
* create and update checklists and trello boards to track file progress
* follow up and ensure timely completion of all outstanding tasks
* ensure all documents are complete and submitted to the broker
* respond quickly and follow through without delay
* are comfortable being held to a high standard
* don’t wait to be told what to do next—you already started it
* can communicate with professionalism, confidence, and clarity
* know when to ask questions and when to figure things out
* are tech-savvy and willing to learn platforms like trello, docusign rooms, and mls input systems
* take responsibility for mistakes and focus on how to fix them
* want to grow into a long-term role and become indispensable to the operation

qualifications
* prior experience as a transaction coordinator or in real estate administration preferred
* fluent in english with excellent written and verbal communication
* strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
* proactive, responsive, and comfortable with autonomy
* familiarity with docusign, mls platforms, trello (or willingness to learn quickly)
* stable internet connection and ability to make phone calls (u.s. number will be provided if needed)
