we are seeking a highly skilled industrial engineer to join our team. As an industrial engineer, you will play a key role in improving work conditions, reducing waste, and optimizing processes.
key responsibilities:
- develop and implement strategies to reduce cycle time, worker effort, and inventory levels.
- analyze processes to determine adequate work conditions, including space, layouts, lighting, breaks, manpower, tools, and equipment.
- support activities to complete time studies, update standards, and maintain quality standards.
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preference).
- 2 years of experience in a related field (preference).
- proficiency in sap and vis systems, standard cost, and bom structure (preference).
- bilingual (english & spanish) is preferred.
- lean tools knowledge.
