Role summary and impact
execute the buying, booking, and system‐upload processes for offline media (tv, radio, out‐of‐home/ooh) and assist with digital media purchasing according to the approved plans.
track, monitor, and follow up on active campaigns to ensure advertisements are broadcast and displayed correctly across all selected channels.
manage key administrative tasks, including reconciling media runs against invoices, monitoring delivery, and assisting the finance team with the billing and invoicing processes.
utilize specialized media databases and internal tools (such as tom micro, auditsa, hr, inra, and maximaster) to register purchases, pull reports, and keep campaign records updated.
skills and experience
education: bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field.
experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar entry‐level role (e.g., account executive, media assistant, or media buyer) within an advertising or media agency.
prior experience or basic knowledge in purchasing and implementing offline media (tv, radio, ooh).
key tools & software: proficiency in media‐specific software.
knowledge in at least one of the following is required: tom micro, auditsa, hr, or inra (for external management).
