Overview
Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Front-End Developer.
Position type: Full-time. Location: Remote – Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, reusable frontend components using React and React Native for Web
- Champion mobile-first design, ensuring optimal performance and UX across smartphones, tablets, and desktops
- Collaborate closely with product designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality user interfaces
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy for web and mobile experiences
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of web-capable devices and browsers
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and accessibility
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve development efficiency
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React and strong fundamentals in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Hands-on experience using React Native for Web to extend mobile codebases to desktop and responsive web platforms
- Proficiency in mobile-first design principles and implementing responsive UIs that work across a wide range of devices
- Experience working in large development teams with a track record of applying best practices to manage complexity, improve code quality, and ensure cross-team collaboration
- Proven ability to write scalable, modular, and reusable components for both mobile and web, with strong emphasis on shared logic and UI consistency
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux,Zu stand), and asynchronous data fetching
- Familiarity with monocrop architectures (e.g., Nx, Turboprop, Lerna, or Yarn Workspaces) and experience structuring shared codebases to enable code reuse across platforms
- If no direct monorepo experience: ability to articulate and demonstrate alternative strategies for code reuse between web and mobile (e.g., shared libraries, modular design patterns, consistent API contracts)
- Experience with Git, agile workflows, peer reviews, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- React Native app using Typescript, Hooks and Redux
