* experience:
* minimum 7 years in finance roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
* proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
key responsibilities:
* financial planning: develop and execute financial plans aligned with company objectives.
* budgeting & control: prepare and monitor operational and financial budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
* treasury management: oversee cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
* accounting & closing: ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in compliance with nif/ifrs/us gaap.
* tax compliance: guarantee compliance with local and international tax obligations, including transfer pricing.
* audit & internal controls: coordinate internal and external audits, implementing process and control improvements.
* financial analysis: assess profitability by product line, manufacturing costs, and growth projections.
* team leadership: lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
