we are seeking an experienced java developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in java 17+ and spring boot, with proven experience building enterprise-grade applications, apis, and event-driven systems. This role requires hands‑on experience with cloud technologies and exposure to serverless architectures such as cloud functions.
responsibilities
* design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level java applications.
* build and optimize spring boot apis for scalability and performance.
* implement event-driven and message-based processing systems.
* develop serverless applications leveraging cloud functions and similar technologies.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
* ensure applications meet high standards of reliability, security, and maintainability.
* participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* strong proficiency in java 17+ and spring boot.
* experience with message/event processing frameworks (e.g., kafka, pub/sub, rabbitmq).
* hands‑on experience with cloud platforms.
* proven ability to design and build scalable enterprise java applications.
* experience with serverless development (e.g., cloud functions, aws lambda).
* familiarity with ci/cd pipelines, containerization (docker/kubernetes), and modern development practices is a plus.
