You will be based in queretaro, guadalajara, or monterrey and be a part of the admx (americas delivery mexico) team, serving our clients with international operations. work you'll do
as a functional intern, you will participate in a full-time, intensive training program lasting up to 90 days. This program covers specific technologies, consulting skills, and includes a shadowing period with our experts at deloitte. Upon successful completion and based on your performance, you may be eligible for a full-time offer as an analyst.
a functional intern regularly employs a "business first lens" while solving problems and can help drive strategic transformation and deliver solutions to their clients. They demonstrate a breadth and depth of capabilities and is positioned as an "all-around best athlete" who is prepared to take on a range of business and organizational challenges and assess the role technology plays. As part of america's delivery center, they work with a us based team to help identify the impacts to their client's processes an organizational structure as a result of a technology transformation. They enjoy identifying process improvements that will help clients increase operational efficiency and business value.

required qualifications
• bachelor's degree completed or anticipated completion by june/july 2025 or december 2025 in business administration, international business, international relations, entrepreneurship / business creation, management, strategy and business management, business leadership.

• must be legally authorized to pursue a professional career in mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future preferred qualifications:
•technology interest, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings.
•software aptitude in powerpoint, ms project, access, excel, and/or visio
•strong research, writing, verbal communication, and project management skills
•basic knowledge of software development and data analysis
•basic knowledge of scrum, agile, or devops
•business process modeling techniques & tools (visio, bizagi)
•strong communication, critical thinking, structured mindset
•strong academic track record (recommended 7/10 gpa or equivalent)
