*the role*
drip is looking for a *growth marketing manager *to lead marketing efforts for the *north america *region (us, mexico and canada) and will be in charge of our two core products*: export factoring and payables financing.

you will work closely with the region's general manager to define a marketing strategy and an execution plan to achieve the following objectives:
- design and execute marketing efforts to acquire new clients through different channels: mailing, events, sponsorships, etc.
- build our brand and increase awareness about drip and our trade finance solutions through public relations, branding and content
- assure the highest quality of the design, creatives and messaging of our website, landing pages, marketing decks, display ads, case studies and other marketing collaterals
- drive engagement with our current clients
- improve roi on paid and performance marketing campaigns
- support and provide marketing tools for sales, partnerships and account management
we need a leader and entrepreneur with a lot of drive who is passionate about building state-of-the-art marketing machinery to accelerate growth for drip and support smbs with one of their biggest challenges: fast, easy and cost-effective access to capital.
*what we look for*:
- 3-5 years experience in marketing roles for leading global companies and/or startups
- experience in technology and/or fintech is not required, but nice to have
- fluency in english
- excellent written communication skills in english and spanish
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- project management experience with the ability to manage and build consensus across diverse teams
- entrepreneurial spirit to launch and manage complex marketing projects
- strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales and operations
- an mba or master's degree in business or marketing is a plus, but not required
