your roleas a pc&l supervisor on our team, you'll ensure daily production planning based on established run policies.in your daily job you will:analyze requirements against orders to ensure the arrival of raw materials on time and in the correct quantity.ensure raw material levels to comply with production policies.monitor and analyze inventory levels to avoid raw material shortages, excess, and obsolete materials, and develop action plans.represent and participate as part of pc&l in eos processes.follow up on engineering changes, transfers, and new projects.ensure the supplier sends the necessary documentation to process raw material payments.comply with work instructions and keep process metrics up to date.ensure compliance with department kpis as part of the team.ensure material logistics from the request to its arrival at the plant.supervise, support, and ensure the plant scrap process.your backgroundkey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:bachelor's degree in a related fieldfully bilingual+3 years of experience as a customer service representative/materials plannerknowledge of operating systems, quality, and safetyknowledge of iatf 16949supply chain knowledgeteamworkwhy join us?
