we are looking for a salesforce developer with +2 years of hands‑on experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of salesforce solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow within a structured, high‑quality engineering environment. You’ll work closely with senior developers and architects, contributing to real product features while learning best practices in scalable salesforce development.
Key responsibilities
develop and maintain basic salesforce features using apex and lightning web components (lwc)
support enhancements and bug fixes in existing functionality
assist in the migration of legacy components (e.g., aura to lwc) under guidance
write clean, maintainable code following team standards
participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers
help troubleshoot issues in development and production environments
collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements
assist in building simple integrations with external systems
document technical work and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
actively learn salesforce best practices, tools, and development patterns
qualifications
+2 years of hands‑on experience working with salesforce
basic experience with apex, soql, and lightning web components (lwc)
foundational understanding of salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships)
basic knowledge of javascript (es6+)
familiarity with version control tools (e.g., git)
strong willingness to learn and grow in a structured engineering environment
good problem‑solving and communication skills
ability to work collaboratively and take feedback
salesforce platform developer i certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it)
nice to have
exposure to aura components
basic understanding of salesforce apis (rest/soap)
familiarity with salesforce cli
exposure to ci/cd concepts
internship or academic project experience in salesforce or web development
interest in learning about scalable architecture and best practices
schedule: monday to friday, 9 am to 5 pm est
compensation: paid in usd
location: 100% remote opportunity
