we’re hiring a project manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of mobility and telecommunications saas solutions. The ideal candidate has deep telecom experience and excels in cross‑functional collaboration.

what you'll do
* responsible for management and delivery of solutions including cloud deployment of control center platform, wireless core, and edges with cisco partners.
* work cross‑functionally to establish relationships with both internal and external customers.
* clarify technical design details and manage escalations.
* coordinate with key operator staff to resolve issues blocking successful delivery.
* understand implementation steps, develop and manage a delivery plan.
* identify issues and work with product and software development teams to prioritize and eliminate them.
* collaborate with product to capture requirements from msps and communicate to functional teams.
* ensure delivery of implementations with signed partners and transition to operational teams.
* maintain technical proficiency on solution capabilities, features, and enhancements.
* assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple projects.
* create and maintain documentation, plans, and reports including flow diagrams.
* monitor and track progress, identify and address issues.
* communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
* prepare proposals, schedules, and budgets.
* participate in project meetings, take notes and ensure follow‑up on action items.
* ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
expertise you'll bring
* bachelor’s degree in telecommunications engineering or related; advanced degree preferred.
* pmp or master’s in it project management preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in customer‑facing project management, with gsm/gprs experience.
* strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* knowledge of gsm/gprs core network architecture, ip switching, routing, and firewalls.
* excellent organizational, time‑management, multitasking, and communication skills.
* ability to work independently and within tight deadlines.
* experience with multi‑national entities remotely using conferencing tools.
* experience managing teams, projects and budgets.
* strong analytical, presentation and customer interfacing skills.
* language skills – japanese, cantonese, mandarin, spanish, portuguese are a plus.
* working knowledge of ms office, powerpoint, excel, visio, and ms project.
* fluent in english; spoken english is a must.

* salary: $22,000 – $25,000 mxn per month.
