The national sales manager promotes the company's project solutions and expands his/her existing network to sell the company's systems, drives growth, develops new opportunities in target market segments, and meets booking targets.

* automotive (power train, emobility, oem+tier)
* electronic components and

* network, develop, and maintain customers
* personally engage with executive-level stakeholders at major accounts
* own regional sales budget and gross profit targets
* maintain crm system, forecast and reporting, incl. regular reviews, feedback and market insight and market development plans
* support entire sales cycle, introduce opportunities to internal departments (application engineering, service, operations)
* oversee complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies, from quoting until collection
* develop, grow, and maintain sales pipeline in double digit million level
requirements:
* strong technical understanding (ideally bachelor degree)
* proven track record of achieving individual sales targets in automation industry (turnkey capital equipment)
* deep network in automotive industry, understand supply chain dynamics and industry challenges
* demonstrated success in managing substantial sales funnels, close significant revenue targets ($20m+ annually) and manage project profitability.
* possesses extensive experience in negotiation and complaint management
* minimum 5 years of progressive b2b sales experience in capital equipment, industrial automation, or complex manufacturing solutions
* willingness to travel as needed (minimum 30-40% of time)
* trustworthy personality, engaging with customers and strong to socialize and network
* work independently and structured
