Infrastructure Engineer - Ramos Arizpe at NEGU Enterprises
Responsibilities
- Technical support to unit users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment for new employees, and handling IT incidents in-person or remotely.
- Register and track technical tickets, keep documentation up to date, and support the fulfillment of IT service SLA indicators.
- Support the implementation of required security measures such as firewalls or encrypted communications; monitor performance and notify security experts of any issues.
- Assist in the administration of local servers and network assets, monitor essential services, perform maintenance routines, support account and backup management, and organize network equipment.
- Collaborate on local IT projects by assisting with deployments, testing, asset inventory, user training, and acting as a bridge between central IT and users.
- Monitor systems using specific tools and respond to alerts, applying fixes or escalating to the Infrastructure Engineer as needed.
