Position: Account Lead/Project Manager

To define, prepare, lead and execute the deployment of the General Business Platform(s) in scope of the Digital Backbone.
Successfully meet the project deliverables on time, in full and within budget. The role involves managing and monitoring the team who are part of deployment plans and risk management.
Part of the Regional Transition Team works closely withclient reginal leadership and Global Functions in a complex and fast paced environment ensuring all elements of the plan are integrated seamlessly and properly communicated to all different groups of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the cross functional team for a CPG client who are experts in domain, technology deployment and stakeholder management.
- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team to successfully complete the program deployment.
- Manage the client stakeholders including program managers, market leaders and functional leaders.
- Develop the policies and ways of working for the team to ensure seamless deployment of the program.
- Manage escalations, resolve issues and take appropriate decisions to support the program delivery by the teams.
- Should be able to interview and hire new or backfill profiles to develop the business in partnership with the Genpact recruitment team and client hiring team.
- Manage and evaluate the risk in the team delivery related to performance, behaviour or other motivational issues.
- Collaborate with other functions such as HR, IT, Legal, Payroll to streamline the ways of working with client.
- Continuously focus on identifying the risk, innovate for client delivery excellence and develop winning relationships across all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree.
- Managerial experience required in a complex international environment and leading a cross functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation.
- Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy.
- Desirable experience leading technology – change implementation project.
- Demonstrated multi- cultural experience through international work placements.
- Seniority and stature to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop a clear vision for the future of the organization, understand the current set up, and identify the critical areas for improvement.
- Functional skills: Change Management, organizational transformation, Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Strong people management and relationships management skills.
