As a production technician, you will manage resources according to norms and regulations to achieve plan production every day.

*main responsibilities*
- coordinate task of every production phase to guarantee production.
- supervise compliance to ehs norms, standards, and internal procedures.
- analize production's indicators to take the best decision
- assurance resources to the teams to fulfill its activities
- negotiate with internal areas to maintain good work relationships
- coordinate and evaluate people training to get profile certifications
*qualifications*
- 1 year of experience in similar roles
- industrial engineering in manufacturing processes
- knowledge in lean manufacturing tools, operative excellence.
- basic english
- intermediate level excel (can perform complex functions)
- availability to shift roles
