our client is a leading supplier of food products and kitchen equipment to luxury hotels and restaurants in mexico.
we are seeking a sales agent who will promote, advise, and close sales of the company's products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and achieving commercial goals, market coverage, and profitability.
the ideal candidate must be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a focus on results, possessing experience in selling food products or mass-consumption goods.
responsibilities include:
* identifying and contacting new prospects through visits, calls, or referrals.
* identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
* preparing quotes, negotiating prices, and commercial conditions.
* closing sales, generating orders, and following up on deliveries and payments.
* maintaining post-sale contact with the client to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* addressing customer complaints, questions, or returns in a timely manner.
* achieving monthly, quarterly, and/or annual sales targets established by the organization.
* participating in follow-up meetings, sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations.
* registering orders in internal systems.
* preparing activity reports, sales reports, and projections.
* managing client relationships professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* identifying client needs and implementing adapted and/or personalized commercial solutions.
* resolving problems and conflicts with clients efficiently and professionally.
* collaborating closely with operations and finance departments, as well as any other necessary department, to ensure alignment of strategies.
* effectively communicating market needs and client feedback.
requirements
* high school diploma completed. A university degree in marketing, administration, or related fields is desirable.
* minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in consumer products.
* knowledge of the english language (oral and written).
* knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service.
* excellent oral and written communication.
* effective communication, persuasion, organization, proactivity, and results orientation.
* must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
