carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws, interviews and train employees, plans, assigns and directs work.

- distributes work for his department and manages his team to produce products based on information provided by the planners.
- observe and analyze production problems with the aim of providing solutions to improve methods or use of equipment.

- supervise health and safety procedures.

- coordinate the setup and validation of production lines to achieve the company's production / quality objectives

- engineering degree
- availability for 2nd shift
- 3 years of experience in supervision.
- 3 years of experience in the smt process
- good communication skills.
- good leadership skills.
