Job description:
we are looking for an experienced oracle fusion security and compliance consultant to join our team. This role includes user access provisioning, ensuring compliance with sox it general controls and relevant laws and regulations, supporting deployments, and performing monthly it control validations within the oracle fusion environment.
key responsibilities:
1. manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes in oracle fusion, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
2. implement and maintain it general controls (itgc) related to oracle fusion applications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
3. collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide requested data and evidence and address any issues requiring remediation.
4. assist in deploying oracle fusion solutions, ensuring security and compliance measures are integrated.
5. support quarterly upgrades by reviewing security configurations, validating compliance with itgc, and conducting user acceptance testing.
6. develop and maintain documentation related to user access, compliance procedures, and security controls.
7. provide regular reports on user access status, compliance metrics, and audit findings to management.
8. work closely with cross-functional teams, including it, hr, and business units.
9. stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices in oracle applications and compliance.
required skills:
1. bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
2. 5+ years of experience with oracle fusion and oracle ebs erps.
3. strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
4. ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. strong analytical skills to identify security risks and compliance gaps.
preferred skills:
1. oracle cloud certifications.
2. experience with agile methodologies.
3. knowledge of additional oracle modules.
