the center operations coordinator is responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of one or more centers, delivering valuable programs, events, and activities. The position involves interacting with guests, providing customer service, supporting operational procedures, and planning programs and events.
* meet and welcome guests, orient them to the center and its offerings.
* support operational procedures, including opening and closing, key management, and adherence to safety protocols.
* monitor the readiness and availability of the center, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the operability of facilities and equipment.
* help plan and execute programs, activities, and events, ensuring sufficient volunteer coverage and resources.
