job summary
perform routine activities within the human resources area to support major processes. This role is suited for a recent college graduate or longer‑term employee who has risen through administrative ranks.
key responsibilities
* deliver analyses of hr data; identify trends and contribute to the creation of hr insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
* carry out complex hr data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.
* provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual employee relations cases; support managers at formal hearings.
* extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
* provide routine support services to others.
* build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high‑quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
* develop knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
* develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
* initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country. Tax situation certificate (constancia de situación fiscal) must be up to date with the salary regime.
