job function: software & cloud – active directory analyst
scope: full time-permanent | office: mexico city | hybrid model
what are the daily responsibilities in this role?
* active directory (ad) administration: management of user accounts, computers, and domain controllers.
* security policy configuration (gpo): creation and enforcement of policies to control the environment.
* shared resource management: ntfs permissions, drive mapping, and access control.
* monitoring, backup, and incident resolution: use of tools such as event viewer, sysinternals, and powershell.
* automation and scripting: handling repetitive tasks, generating reports, and maintaining scripts.
* replication and synchronization diagnostics between domain controllers.
what we need to see from you
we would expect you to have as required:
technician, technologist, or professional in systems or related fields with at least 6 months of experience in access management using active directory and m365, including user account administration, gpos, and basic incident resolution.

* user, computer, and group management in active directory.
* configuration and enforcement of security policies (gpos).
* ntfs permissions and shared resource management.
* basic use of tools like event viewer and powershell.
* access management in microsoft 365.
* basic diagnostics of domain controller replication.
* task automation and scripting (nice to have).
