Sales director - global b2b industrial & electronics guadalajara

*location*: guadalajara, jalisco (100% on-site) | *schedule*: monday-friday *compensation*: $30,000-$40,000 mxn/month + uncapped performance bonuses

As we expand our global b2b footprint in electronics, mro, and industrial components, we're looking for a strategic sales director to lead that growth — someone who can both set the direction and close the deal.
*key responsibilities*
- lead, coach, and grow a sales team of 5+ people, driving a high-performance culture
- define and execute expansion strategies for industrial and mro sectors
- drive new enterprise client acquisition while overseeing key account retention and growth
- implement crm best practices, kpi frameworks, and scalable sales processes
- manage commercial negotiations to optimize pricing, margins, and competitive positioning
*what we're looking for*
- 7+ years of b2b sales leadership, preferably in industrial, mro, or electronics sectors
- proven experience building and leading teams of 5 or more people (required)
- excellent english c1 or above — mandatory; spanish fluency required
- strong hunter profile with a track record of new business generation
- bachelor's in business, engineering, or related field (mba a plus)
- proficiency in crm tools and data-driven sales management
