required profile
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
* 3 to 5 years of experience in demand and production planning within the automotive manufacturing sector
* advanced english proficiency, essential for communication with customers and corporate teams
* strong knowledge of supply chain processes, manufacturing operations, and inventory control
* experience working with multiple information systems, including platforms such as a400 (non‑sap systems)
* proficiency in advanced excel (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling)
* high level of analytical thinking, decision‑making ability, and results orientation
* self‑driven, proactive, and highly organized, with strong planning capabilities
* experience using automotive customer portals, particularly gm and bmw
key responsibilities
* develop and manage the production plan according to customer demand
* ensure material availability, production capacity, and optimal inventory levels
* analyze demand fluctuations and propose adjustments to the master production schedule
* coordinate activities with internal departments such as purchasing, logistics, quality, engineering, and operations
* manage data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of information
* monitor customer requirements and portals, ensuring compliance with standards and delivery expectations
