Develop reporting and tracking programs to assure the project is on target for schedule and cost.
Identify key issues and drive decisions to ensure no deliverable or project schedule slips; identify key risks and have a contingency plan.
Communicate with other managers, upper management, or outside vendors and other plants, as required.
Ensure the project follows the npdp, new product development process, and report progress to npdp leadership and project/program managers.
Operational responsibility for the thermodynamic design and numerical calculations of specific liquid cooling designs.
Manage the development of liquid cooling products for high‑profile and well‑known global data‑center customers.
Facilitate cross‑functional planning and project execution following design guidelines and principles of liquid cooling.
Deliver a fast and customer‑focused response on “engineered‑to‑order complex” (eto‑c) projects, where a new solution is based on an existing and well‑proven platform.
Work in a multidisciplinary engineering team on global products focusing on high‑performance, cost‑effective design and market‑leading innovation.
Lead the design of new products or re‑engineer existing ones, collaborating with marketing, procurement and industrial engineering, while being aware of the customer’s needs.
