we’re looking for a motivated, articulate, and energetic telemarketing sales representative to join our outreach team. In this role, you’ll connect with parents, students, and prospective travelers by phone, sharing the unique value of our programs and guiding them toward unforgettable learning experiences.

responsibilities
* make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
* handle inbound calls from prospective parents and students and discuss the value of the program.
* clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions.
* maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in crm system.
* meet daily and monthly call quotas and sales performance targets.
* follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.
qualifications
* previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
* excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
* comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
* basic computer proficiency and familiarity with windows basics like excel and word, and preferably crm tools.
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
