what you’ll be doing
as a senior specialist, social media marketing (content editor), you’ll be the go-to expert for editing high-impact social media content that attracts top talent worldwide. You’ll collaborate with our creative and campaign teams, ensuring every video, graphic, and visual asset is polished, on-brand, and ready to engage audiences across multiple regions. You’ll report to the senior supervisor, social media marketing.
* edit and optimize short-form and long-form video, graphics, and other social media content for global campaigns
* ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives
* work closely with content creators and campaigns lead to review, revise, and finalize assets for publishing
* manage and organize the digital asset library for easy access and version control
* stay up to date with social media trends and best practices in content editing
* support campaign management, on-time delivery, and performance analysis
* mentor junior team members and foster cross-department collaboration
what you bring to the role
* 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on content creation
* advanced editing skills in video, graphics, and social media content (adobe creative suite and after effects, or similar tools)
* strong eye for detail, brand consistency, and visual storytelling
* experience editing content for social media platforms (tiktok, instagram, linkedin, youtube, facebook, etc.)
* ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a global team
* excellent organizational and project management skills
* previous experience supporting talent marketing, employer branding, or recruitment campaigns is a plus
