Kt black mexico, an industry leading staffing company, is hiring a motivated and dynamic site manager for our juarez office.
the primary responsibilities of the site manager are divided into two categories: hr related and business development responsibilities.
the site manager reports to the senior vp / chief of staff for hr related responsibilities and the director of business development for business development related responsibilities.
hr responsibilities
under hr related duties, the employee is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
human resource support, including but not limited to onboarding employees, overseeing staff schedules as determined by unit vp or director of business development, communicate with corporate hr regarding interoffice conflict, and offering support to corporate hr as needed for the business development and coordinating departments in juarez, mexico.
send employee sign in / out sheet with all hours and attendance to corporatehr on monday of each week.
report all tardies and / or absences to respective manager and corporatehr.
business development and coordinator sourcing and recruiting, including conducting interviews and screenings.
responsible for all office equipment, including reporting inventory and requesting replacement items to the helpdesk department.
responsible for keeping the office building supplied with the necessary office supplies to ensure the success of the juarez team.
host staff meetings and attend all necessary meetings.
business development responsibilities
under business development related responsibilities, the site manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
managing all business development executives.
assist in managing a team of business development representatives should there be a need.
facilitating promotions with approval from director of business development.
hosting weekly launch calls with business development executive's, bd rep's.
hosting weekly production meetings with each business development executive.
compiling all production reports and producing a master production report provided to the business development vp.
manage the distribution of all bd sheets to the proper staffing executive.
