- the growth marketing leader for a subregion is responsible for driving growth, developing and managing a marketing program delivering demand generation through integrated marketing & communications campaigns._

*main responsibilities*
- builds and deliver a robust marketing plan that aligns to subregional and regional growth priorities.
- close alignment with latam cmo and global insight cmos to ensure regional insights and buyer needs are represented in all content & capabilities
- works closely with regional campaign planner to create regionally relevant, holistic, aon united demand-focused, multi-channel programs by buyer type, persona and company type that move clients through the funnel to become a marketing qualified lead.
- sets regional key objectives for demand-focused programs and guides and supports sub-regional growth marketing managers (as applicable) to plan and deliver activities that support regional growth priorities
- oversees and provide direction for delivery of activity in plans ensuring the delivery of business outcomes against clearly defined success metrics.
- reports back to business leaders on results of regional demand -focused programs
- builds and manage marketing budget,
- lead the marketing team in the subregion, manage performance, development, and engagement of a team of marketing professionals in

*knowledge, skills, experience and attributes*
- mba or an advanced degree a plus (e.g., marketing/communications, business)
- 10+ years of professional b2b and marketing communications experience.
- demonstrated success influencing c-level executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment
- demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
- strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy and efficiency
- record of driving analytics and campaigns to drive successful outcomes and desired roi. Understanding of business analytics, measurement, and dashboards.
